- To determine the role and function of the Staff Rep
- To become familiar with the format and content of the provincial and local collective agreement
- To identify where to go for help
- To understand that union work is social justice work
Training will take part in two sessions with a lunch break in between. You will receive the links for these sessions one day before the training along with the training materials.
Your day of training will follow this schedule:
- 9:00am-11:30am BCTF Training
- 11:30am-12:30pm Lunch Break
- 12:30pm-3:00pm Local Agenda
